Personally, I feel that everyone faces stress in life. Sometimes stress is the motivation to allow us to move forward in life. For example, only with stress, will we be able to set targets and achieve what we want. Will we be able to meet our own expectations and when we have succeeded, we get to enjoy the sweetness of our success.
However, if stress becomes a form of pressure, it may cause a lot of problems. Some reasons why some people feel stress is because of society's fast-moving pace. If people are unable to catch up with it, they may lose out and may not be able to adapt to the fast changing world. More reasons will be financial problems, family matters and individual problems.
All this may lead to depression, hence, I feel that we should learn how to cope with stress by lightening them through listening music, doing things that we enjoy, exercising, going out with friends, catching a movie, talking to parents, friends or counsellors, etc.
Most important is to keep an optimistic mindset to life and I believe that nothing cannot be solved. :D
